Founded in 2001, WVS is an urban, real estate, development company. WVS focuses on greenfield and brownfield redevelopments that recycle land into new and exciting pedestrian, oriented projects. Each project design is unique in order to best fit the site and blend seamlessly into the neighborhood and environment. WVS has developed over $600 million of real estate projects including townhomes, condominiums, apartments, office, and retail.

Jason received his BSE in engineering from Duke University and his MBA from Oxford University, England. Jason is a founding partner of WVS Companies with over 25 years of experience in real estate development. He has been involved in over $650 million of development projects including townhomes, condominiums, apartments, office, and retail including Rocketts Landing and the Locks in Richmond.
WVS Companies
Richard has a BSE from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and an MBA from Oxford University, England. Richard has worked in Real Estate finance and development for over 20 years. As Partner of WVS Companies, Richard has been involved in development of over 3,000 housing units ranging from multi-million dollar townhomes to luxury rental apartments.

Bruce has over 20 years of experience dedicated to project and construction management. During that time he has honed his skills in navigating complex challenges and delivering results in high-pressure environments. His pragmatic approach to project management has earned him respect and recognition as a trusted development partner.
J. D. Lewis Construction has built high quality residential and commercial spaces since its founding in 2005. Repeat clients include WVS Companies, The Boathouse Restaurants, The Dominion Club, Genesis Properties and Crunch Fitness.

Kevin has a degree in Civil Engineering and has spent over 20 years in the building and construction industry. As Founding Partner of J.D. Lewis, Kevin is personally committed to ensuring that all clients at the Parkline receive an exceptional finished product.

As a resident of Richmond for nearly 30 years, Michelle has a strong command of the RVA real estate scene. She combines experience in real estate development, investment, and sales with more than two decades in marketing to help tailor her exceptional customer service to meet the needs of each individual client.
